Our Project Methodology is based on the PMI framework based on the PMBOK processes, which runs through Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control and Project Closure.

  • Planning and Design

Method2

We work to achieve good communication with our clients throughout all phases of a project, with an emphasis on detailed requirement gathering to clearly set out the scope of the project. Once the scope is defined and all other necessary information has been gathered the project team sets to work on the design and specifications of the control panels. This design goes through several iterations and reviews before it is given a go for the development/manufacturing phase.

  • Build and Testing

Based on the approved design the engineers set out on the actual build & manufacturing of the control panels. This is handled by our quality trained engineers through extensive detailing and care. Extensive testing is an integral part of this phase to ensure that the design & build meets the customer needs, as well as accounting for any unforeseen complications and/or conflicts.

Factory Acceptance Testing is the key to any project managed by Shreya Electricals. During most of our testing phases we prefer to have the customer to our facility to participate in a simulation and validation of the control panels before it is installed at the site. As a client, this is the first real opportunity to validate that we delivered as per the requirements and reduces surprises onsite.

  • Implementation and Support

Simulation saves time and money during start-up and ensures that your system will function effectively when abnormal situations arise. We also use this opportunity to do some preliminary operator training and perform any “fine-tuning” prior to system signoff. Our early preparation and prior testing procedures mitigate problems and eliminate costly, time-consuming work on-site.

Quality Management Methodology

 

Shreya Electrical’s quality methodology is based on the P-D-C-A (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle which helps in continuous improvement efforts. It relies on a checklist of the four stages which we go through to get from `problem-faced’ to `problem solved’.

Plan-Do-Check-Act

  • Plan Improve operations by finding out what things are going wrong and come up with ideas for solving the problems.
  • Do changes designed to solve the problems on a small or experimental scale first. This minimizes disruption to routine activity while testing whether the changes will work or not.
  • Check whether the small scale or experimental changes are achieving the desired result or not.
  • Act to implement changes on a larger scale if the experiment is successful.
